1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using REAA 3D, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

 

2. Service Description

REAA 3D is a CRM application designed for individual real estate agents to manage customers, properties and follow-ups.

 

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

 

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.

 

5. Free Plan

The free plan provides up to 75 customers and 50 properties. Additional limits or features require a PRO subscription.

 

6. PRO Subscription

The PRO subscription is billed yearly through Google Play Billing where available. Subscription benefits remain active until expiry. Prices may change for future renewals.

 

7. Expiry and Data Retention

After a subscription expires, the account may enter a grace period. If it is not renewed during the retention period, account data may be permanently deleted according to the product policy.

 

8. User Responsibilities

You must not upload unlawful, misleading or infringing content or misuse the service.

 

9. Intellectual Property

All software, branding and content of REAA 3D remain the property of APZOK MEDIA.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an 'as is' basis. APZOK MEDIA is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.

 

11. Account Termination

You may delete your account from within the app. APZOK MEDIA may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

 

12. Changes to the Service

We may modify features, limits or these Terms to improve the service or comply with legal requirements.

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
