1. Delete Account from the App

Open REAA 3D → Settings → Delete Account. Enter your registered email address and confirm deletion.

 

2. What Happens

Your account, customers, properties, images, follow-ups and related cloud data will be removed according to the current data retention policy.

 

3. Subscription

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel subscriptions purchased through Google Play. Manage subscriptions from your Google Play account if applicable.

 

4. Data Retention

Where required by our service policy, certain minimal records may be retained for legal, security or fraud-prevention purposes. Expired accounts may be deleted after the applicable retention period.
