REAA 3D is a CRM application for individual real estate agents. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your information.

2. Information We Collect

Account details (name, email, phone number, country), customer records, property records, images, device identifiers, crash reports and app usage information.

3. Purpose

To provide CRM services, synchronize data, authenticate users, send OTPs and subscription reminders, process subscriptions and improve the app.

4. Data Storage

Data is stored securely in the REAA 3D cloud and may also be stored locally on your device for offline functionality.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Data is shared only with service providers necessary for email delivery, cloud hosting, Google Play Billing and Firebase.

6. Data Retention

Free accounts have limited usage. After expiry, data may be retained during a grace period and permanently deleted if the subscription is not renewed.

7. Security

We use HTTPS, authentication, secure sessions and access controls to protect your information.

8. Your Rights

You can update your information, delete your account from within the app, or contact support.

9. Children's Privacy

This app is intended for users aged 18 years or older.
