For customer, owner and property information entered by a user:

  • The user decides what information is entered.

REAA 3D processes such information to provide the CRM service to the user.

6. Legal Grounds and Permitted Purposes

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we process personal information:

  • To provide services requested by the user

  • To perform our agreement with the user

  • Based on the user’s consent

  • To meet legal obligations

  • To protect users, REAA 3D and the security of the service

  • For legitimate and lawful business purposes, where permitted

Where processing is based on consent, the user may withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred lawfully before consent was withdrawn.

7. Local Device Storage and Offline Functionality

REAA 3D is designed to support offline use.

Customer records, property records, images, preferences and other application data may be stored locally on the user’s device.

Local storage allows users to access and manage certain information without an active internet connection.

When an internet connection becomes available, eligible information may be synchronized with the REAA 3D cloud.

Users should understand that:

  • Locally stored information may remain on the device until it is deleted by the application, the user or the operating system.

  • Clearing application data may remove locally stored information.

  • Uninstalling the application may permanently remove local-only information.

  • Data that has not successfully synchronized may not be recoverable after device loss, damage, reset or application uninstall.

  • Users should confirm that important information has synchronized and maintain any additional business backup they consider necessary.

8. Cloud Storage and Synchronization

Account information and eligible CRM records may be stored through cloud infrastructure used by REAA 3D.

Cloud synchronization is used to:

  • Associate data with the correct account

  • Restore synchronized records after login

  • Synchronize changes between the device and the service

  • Support application functionality

  • Prevent unauthorized access to another user’s data

Synchronization depends on factors such as internet connectivity, server availability, application permissions and the device’s operating condition.

We do not guarantee that every local change will synchronize immediately or successfully.

9. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent personal information.

We may share or permit processing of limited information with trusted service providers where necessary to operate REAA 3D.

These providers may include:

9.1 Cloud and Infrastructure Providers

Cloud-hosting, database, storage, networking and website providers may process information to host and operate the service.

9.2 Email and OTP Providers

Email-delivery providers may process email addresses and message-delivery information to send OTPs, account notices, subscription reminders and support communications.

9.3 Google Play

Google Play may process subscription, purchase, device and account information according to Google’s own terms and privacy practices.

9.4 Firebase Crashlytics

12.1 Active Accounts

Account and synchronized CRM information may be retained while the account remains active.

12.2 Expired Subscriptions

When a subscription expires, access or editing features may be limited according to the applicable subscription and retention policy.

Unless a different period is communicated to the user, account and synchronized CRM data may be retained for up to three months following the end of the applicable expiry or grace period.

During this period, we may send reminders concerning renewal, data access or deletion.

After the applicable retention period, account and CRM information may be permanently deleted or anonymized.

12.3 Deleted Accounts

When a user completes the account-deletion process, we will delete or anonymize the account and associated synchronized data within a reasonable period, except where retention is:

  • Required by law

  • Necessary to prevent fraud or misuse

  • Required to resolve an active dispute

  • Needed to maintain financial or transaction records

  • Necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims

Temporary backup copies may remain for a limited period until they are automatically overwritten or securely removed.

12.4 Local Device Information

Deleting an account from the cloud may not automatically remove files that the user separately downloaded, exported, shared or stored outside the application.

Users may clear local application information by using the application’s deletion process, clearing application storage or uninstalling the application, subject to the device’s operating-system behaviour.

12.5 Support and Transaction Records

Support communications, purchase references, subscription records and legally required business records may be retained for the period required for business, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention or legal purposes.

13. Account and Data Deletion

Users can request deletion of their REAA 3D account and associated synchronized data.
