30 x 20 Duplex west face House Plan

This is a 20 x 30 west-face house plan with special features having 2 floors the ground floor and the first floor.

Let us look at the ground floor, firstly the ground floor consists of the largest space which is called a parking area the parking area of the ground floor measures around 10'6" x 10'0" feet which helps to park heavy vehicles like cars, autos, and small trucks, etc...

The main door of the house is located in a north direction which will directly take us to the bedroom measures about 10'6" x 12'8" feet the bed is fixed in touch with the western wall of the house along with this the cupboard is fixed to the south direction wall, the bedroom consists a 4 window in it one is in the north direction, one is in northwest direction and the two windows in the southern direction of the house.

The toilet is built in the northeast direction of the house it measures around 5'8" x 5'0" feet with a window in it in the southeast direction.
