25 x 25 Duplex East Face House Plan

This ia two florable north face house plan the length and width of the over all house is 25 x 25 feet 625 sq feet, the ground floor consists a small parking area which measures about 4'10" x 5'4" feet, the main door is located in the northeast direction which takes us to the living area measurable 11'2" x 10'1" feet the sofa sets are placed in north and east direction of the living room and a tv cabinet is fixed in the southeast direction, attached to the kitchen wall and a oprn kicthen cum dining hall is located in southeast direction a window of tge kitchen is placed in east wall and an "L" shaped kitchen cabinet is fixed along in touch with eastern and southern walls with a gas stove and utensils washable sink, the dining table is located in the western wall the total all area of the kitchen is about 11'2" x 9'3" = 104.16 sq feet.

Ground floor consista a two bedrooms in it one is in southwest direction which measures around 9'0" x 8'9" feet with a bed, the bed is placed in touch with east and south walls of the bedroom a cupboard is fixed in the southwest direction and a window which is used as light sourec in a day time is located in the northwest direction, the entrance of the room is in southwest direction where another entrance is located in the northwest direction of the house which takes us foe another bedroom measures about 9'0" x 8'0" feet, the window of the room is located in the northwest direction and a bed is placed in touch with northern and western walls a cupboard which is used to fill the cloths and presonal files is fixed in northeast direction in touch with east wall.
